SAJ HOUNGE (Hopping Game)

To celebrate the “unity in diversity” of our nation and to maintain and strengthen the fabric of traditionally existing emotional bonds between the people of our country, engagement matrix between Tamilnadu and Jammu & Kashmir has been done and in accordance with that games namely SAJ HOUNGE (Hopping Game) and GARAM (Sitholia) of our partner state mentioned above. It was very well organized and conducted in our school with the help of our PET Teachers and School Teachers.

Yoga Dance

Among the various physical activities our school students had performed “Yoga dance” to highlight the need of the hour and also to inculcate the habit that even through dance yoga can be given due importance as “dance” always fascinate students. An essay writing competition and poem writing competition was held in our school on “Fit India School and to encourage students to get to know more about their own health and its functioning and in unison when all the students try to accomplish the strategies given, the whole school would become a “Fit India School”.

Fitness Assessment

A “Fitness Assessment” was conducted for various grades to assess the way how their body is functioning and how good they are in their physique. A poster making competition was hold on “Fit Body – Fit Mind – Fit Environment” for the students to enlighten them that a fit body will create fir mind and this in turn will create a fit environment.
